Mango Chickpea Salad

Ingredients:
2 can chickpeas drained and rinsed
2 limes juice and zest
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 large mangoes peeled, pitted and diced
2 red thai chillies, minced
1 handful of cilantro leaves, minced
1 small white onion, diced
6 napa cabbage leaves julienned
6 kale leaves julienned
1 orange bell pepper diced
1 pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together and let marinate for at least 3 hours before serving. Great compliment to grilled meats and seafood.
